"Hotel feels like you are staying in a basement of a house. "

"This hotel feels average for the price point. The rooms are small but clean. The bathroom sink only had very hot water, which was inconvenient. Breakfast was not included in my rate; when I chose to try it, the selection was limited and items were not being refilled, and service was quite slow. The staff were friendly, but the team seemed understaffed."

"Bed and pillows could be more comfortable. Pool could be maintained better. But other than that, everything else was great. Parking was convenient. Room was spacious and clean. Market was very helpful for late arrival snacks. Spacious lounge with comfortable seating. Staff was available and friendly."

"My family of 2 adults and 4 children stayed for 7 nights. The breakfast was mediocre, with little options and no fresh fruit options at all - except for bruised apples and bananas. Room service options were literally non-existent. Parking was $5 daily in Richmond Hill/Markham area, while mostly other hotels innthearea including Delta was free parking. Nobody cleans up your room until the 7th day apparently (as we inquired on the 5th day), and we had to keep asking for towels and garbage to be...

"Honestly, metal keys in a brown pill envelope, threat of 50 dollars if you lose the key. No free water, only one old vending machine for 100 rooms? Empty of course. The night staff lady gave me her personal water because i needed it for my CPAP. Avoid this overpriced cheap run spot at all cost. Rip off"

"This was a great place to stay. I felt safe, it was quiet, our room was big and very clean. The staff was very friendly and informative. It was by far the best hotel stay we've had in a while. The pool is under construction, so we weren't able to swim, but they did have access to another place to swim very close by. I will definitely be staying here again when I'm in that area. "

"Its ok for a day to rest undisturbed for a solo traveller but not advisable for family. Room was infested with big size ants and they ruined my $34 take way and $7 coffee. "
