"Oldish hotel, friendly staff, well located, but VERY noisy as it is very poorly insulated for the sound/noise. It felt like there was a bowling alley on the second floor."

"The property is conveniently located in Richmond Hill. It is on Highway 7 and close to Highway 404. Getting to different parts of the Greater Toronto Area was easy in a car. I hope the hotel may consider the guest will need to tap their key card on the elevator before being allowed to get to their designated room floor"

"clean room.never got to try the breakfast.but i noticed the property wasnt as well maintained like other marriot property.specially the hallway and elevators was not really that clean.overall its a good stay,but i do suggest that this is great for family or longer stay"

"We fell in love with this place. We were more than welcomed. They have a beautiful courtyard, washers and dryers for the quests. Kitchen staff worked hard. And the pool was nice. No complaints."

"This hotel is fairly new super clean and the service is absolutely amazing./. They have complimentary tooth brushes toothpaste, and they are generous with toilet paper . Agent Chanel was fantastic in her service. Breakfast was great and I loved that they did things in paper plates so for the family members who slept late we could ensure they still ate. I would stay here again without a thought. Clean warm and friendly housekeepers and the room was nice and internet and tv was efficient. ...

"The size of the suites are nice, as are the amenities. But the rooms could be a bit cleaner. Lot's of dust behind the doors in the bathrooms for example."

"It's very conveniently located north of Toronto with immediate access to the TTC subway across the street. The hotel has friendly, helpful staff. We opted to extend our stay by two days. The breakfast is great and hotel seemed very quiet. The only criticism, if there is one, would be that they need to update their televisions so visitors can sign into their preferred subscription sites. A second waffle maker may also be beneficial. It was a great stay overall."

"We were very disappointed in the hotel. The rooms didn’t have security locks on them. They weren’t very clean. Mold in the bathrooms. The furniture was dented and old. Our first room a/c didn’t work, our second room the a/c was minimal. The pictures of the property were very deceiving. The rooms were very large and the staff were very polite."
