"The breakfast was great as was the pool. However, we encountered some issues with our room including a shower that drained slow, a coffee machine that was caked with grime, and a sink without a stopper. We brought this all to the front desk and they ran water through the coffee pot instead of giving us another one. That didn’t do anything, so we never had coffee in our room. The drain and sink were also not fixed. There was a group below us that were playing music until 4am. The construction was also hard to deal with as they plastic wrap on carpets which made it dangerous for my daughter who was on crutches. Overall the staff were friendly and the amenities are still great. Very disappointed though paying for a nicer room and getting what appeared to be a lower end room."

"The hotel was clean, well-maintained, and the staff was friendly throughout our stay. The rooms were spacious, very clean, and included nice amenities like a coffee maker, microwave, and refrigerator, which made our stay more convenient. The indoor pool and spa were a nice feature, but the pool area was extremely humid during our visit. The staff explained that the air conditioning was currently being repaired, so hopefully that issue will be resolved soon. The only small amenity I missed was a shower cap in the bathroom, but aside from that, everything we needed was provided. Overall, we had a comfortable stay and would recommend this hotel to travelers looking for clean, spacious accommodations with friendly service."
