"The couch in my room looked like it had ben taken from a dump. The shower had no water pressure. There was no one at the desk when I arrived, I had to wake someone up, and then wait for them to come down. There were no hangers to hang my shirt. The floors and the sheets were clean, but that's about the only positive thing."

"Staff was very helpful in finding places to eat in the area. Breakfast was good and the area was clean. We used the pool and hot tub which were clean and enjoyable. Was surprised there wasn’t a container of shower get in the shower as there usually is. We love the brand of shampoo, conditioner and lotion that are supplied."

"Young man at the front desk is either racist or just rude and dismissive. I stood with two 11 yr old boys beside a couple who was speaking to him in Spanish about the problems they were having or had and what the manager was going to do to accommodate them profusely apologizing for whatever had happened. Telling them they were going to add 1000 points to their hiltons honors account etc. after the conversation finished he abruptly went to the back without even acknowledging that I had been standing there for the duration of his previous conversation the the woman standing right next to me! I waited for about 7 minutes for him to come back out. He then claimed to have not seen me which was impossible given the proximity I was standing to the woman he was speaking to for at least 10 minutes smh. Racist or Rude either which does not bode well for business. "

"I thought for the price of the room the place would be a lot nicer. I tried to check in a little early because my travel plans had changed. Unfortunately I was not able to do so and no other option was given. When I checked into my room (King room with jetted tub) I noticed that it was clean and had the right size bed. The bed itself was in rough shape. Very hard and sloped down to one side. The floor in front of the tub that was next to the bed was buckled from moisture. There were some half hearted repairs and needless to say the tub in the room was kind of sleezy. My biggest issue was that the walls in this place are paper thin. The lovely couple next to me decided to have a party that lasted from 2am until just after 4am. I can recall exact language from their entire escapade and all I can say is that thankfully none of my children were with me on this trip. This place was seedy. If I was staying more than one night I would have packed it up and found a nicer place."

"This is a super convenient location to both the airport and greater Manchester. The staff was friendly and helpful when my room was not ready at the specified time. The property is clean and bright; the pool, gym and breakfast were all fine. It would have been nice to have access to sidewalks or walking paths or have outdoor seating/gathering space."
