"Very close to the cruise port and host was very helpful and prompt when communicating. My only suggestion would be to invest in a better mattress for the main bedroom. It was pretty uncomofrtable, luckily we just needed one night so bearable. Overall though happy with coco sands. "

"Condo was clean but dated from 1990's, Grounds overgrown around pool which was far from room. Grills are charcoal and old so we cooked in room. We did not know 2nd floor and I mentioned recent back surgery no interested in moving us. Charged my credit card money for cleaning fee and I had paid in full? Removed when I left but I had to check when I returned home. Then asked for customers to take out the garbage and then there was a tip envelope for maid? No daily maid service..."

"The front desk lady was very informative, prompt, and went above and beyond by allowing us to switch our room based on the fact that she knew we had a lot of luggage (our room was originally on the second floor). Check in was easy, the location of the room was easy to find thanks to the map the front desk lady provided. The room was decent for the purpose of needing a place to sleep. "It is a smaller motel but don't let that keep you from coming here. The staff was very welcoming and kind to us. They upgraded our room to a suite for us due to unforeseen circumstances. How lucky! It had a vintage feel to it, but it had many modern amenities, such as a beautiful tile shower with a great, powerful shower head with a great sink. It was very affordable and suited our needs just right. Just know that the highway is directly across from it, so you late-risers might not get to sleep...
