All staff: doormen, porters, room service crew , restaurant and front desk staff, are nice and awesome, they do great job making customer feel happy and comfortable in the hotel. Room was very clean , love the non-carpeted floor. Sunday lunch buffet , though not much main dishes to choose from, tastes really good. Love the location, so close to malls, big grocery stores and small convenience stores. They have shuttles to those malls , I have not been able to use them...

"My wife and I love staying at the Golden Phoenix every time we’re in Manila. I do wish that the rooms were better maintained. For example: the bathroom exhaust fan has never worked, the bathroom is way under lit with only one can ceiling light (this makes doing makeup impossible), tv cable is so worn that tv reception is poor, bathroom fixtures need replacing. Also, a bit more attention to general floor cleaning could be improved. If these items were indeed addressed, the Golden Phoenix would be...

"Top notch hotel, large variety of different national foods at breakfast."

"The hotel itself is clean and well maintained. However, wifi is terrible and I called about it in the front desk but they hurriedly told me it will be restarted. Nothing happened. I stayed 2 nights and there is no wifi. Altho, it has great location. But better hotels around the area were cheaper and better choice. Also, airbnb is also available around the area with good wifi."

"My view from my room was excellent. It’s about a 10 to 15 minute walk to MOA, and there’s also a skywalk bridge from Conrad Hotel across the street that leads directly there. The location was very convenient, close to everything and to Terminal 1."

"Breakfast buffets were. Excellent with many varieties of food choices staffs are extremely helpful. Staffs at the reception were also extremely helpful for my additional reservations for another 4 nights at this hotel I stayed for a total of eight nights. This is my fifth stays at Best western Plus since year 2023and have seen many improvements to now. Buffets breakfast was the most enjoyable thing to have. I always feel safe at Best Western Plus Angeles City."

"Staff were great I arrived early and that was no problem, room was clean and had everything for a short stay. Handy to food stores nearby and seemed safe to walk around. Only negative was I booked the shuttle for 02.30am it turned up at 02.15am and wouldn't wait, it came back about 45 minutes later."
