"Friendly staff clean rooms would stay again."

"My second stay at Belmont Hotel Manila was excellent. I booked a one-bedroom suite with a living room for my wife and two kids on our return trip to Australia, and it was perfect. The room was clean and comfortable, and our kids were very happy. It even has two toilets and bathrooms, which made family life easy. The staff were just as accommodating, warm, and welcoming as during my first visit. The hotel’s location is highly strategic, right in front of NAIA Terminal 3, making transfers...

"Very dirty hotel. Helpful staff. Moved rooms as first was really loud road noise. 2nd room smelled like sewer. moved 3rd room and was super dirty. Won't stay this hotel brand again. Disgusting and unpleasant after a long flight. Breakfast was good."

"June 12-14, 2026. Check was smooth. In the room, there were only two towels for three people. Also we had a notice that there would be loud music for an event. Then the wall sockets didn’t have electricity. And at checkout they wanted to charge me again for breakfast I already paid. Not a good experience."

"The initial booking process was confusing. The room was good. A fuse blew and the owner was responsive to fix. The stove did not work in the unit so we had to improvise. Overall, it was a good experience."

"The check in process was very bad. No one knew the apartment number. They sent us to three different locations until we found the apartment. The location to the airport was great.It would have been nice to have an iron in the room."

"The place itself is fine but the description is way off. It definitely does not sleep seven, at least not seven adults. There is one king bed and one pullout sofa bed that can sleep at most 3 - that is a total of 5. This is reflected in the kitchen too where there are fewer than seven plates, and cups etc."

"Convenient location to just relax after your trip. City view with balcony room is amazing. Plenty of places to eat. Highly recommended and definitely will go back. "
