"The staff at the check in was not accomodating at all. I booked for 2 rooms and requested two adjacent rooms he answered right away “we’re fully booked”. I requested an umbrella from the cleaning lady coz it was raining outside it never came.."

"Very helpful staff. Clean facility. Comfortable bed. Wide variety of breakfast, attentive staff in the dining area. When I was looking for the josi Mendez salon, there is this 1 woman staff, told me that she doesn’t know where it was because she only attend to VIPs. What a snob!!! Aside from that, music/ singer in the lobby is a nice touch. The layout of the hotels is functional, waiting areas, the bar are situated properly. Location is close to the airport and mall. "

"Vi hade ett stort fint junior suite room med två extra sköna sängar och sov jättebra. Hotellet har restaurang med lunchbuffe torsdagar och bbq buffe vid baren i pool område med live band. Just utanför hotellet finns restauranger och streetfood, Watsons pharmacy och gångavstånd till Newport Mall. Personalen var hjälpsamma. Vill definitivt bo igen här nästa gång vi är på genomresa i Manila."
