"Staff at Belmont were great, from front desk, concierge, Bellmen, guards, to housekeeping. They were very polite and helpful. from our experience: I asked for an airport view and was assigned to one. Unfortunately the room was not too tight and the door has an opening from the floor of about 1.5 inches. It was loud when people passed bye. We could hear their conversation. So I called from desk and informed of the problem. Gabby, solved the problem right away by assigning us to a better room. She...

"hotel itself is visually stunning, would stay here again if I never had to leave the property because when you stay here there's no need to ever leave. lol. also, idk if this just a Manila thing because of the humidity but the room was very... mildewy. I was only there 24 hrs so it didn't bother me though."

"Nice stay and clean room. Staff were excellent. The rooftop pool has an amazing view of the city lights at night. Most friendliest and knowledgeable staff at the towel counter. He’s superb. Forgot his name but it was night when we went. Convenient walk to Newport world mall and a lot of dining options. Just the restroom blind needs some updating"

"Very near the Terminal 3 of NAIA, and the Newport Mall. We were even able to walk to the airport with our luggage. The room had a lot of space for inviting 2 or 3 people and the bed was very comfortable, as well as the air-conditioning. They provide the basic toiletries , utensils, a microwave and a big sized refrigerator. If they could have a water heater that provides really hot water, it would be nice! The shower stall was a bit tight for my 240lbs husband but everything was clean. Great...

"The room was very clean and the staff were very helpful and friendly. There was a washer and dryer, refrigerator, microwave, and stove. In the unit I stayed, they have to fix the airconditioning unit in the living room area because it is warm."

"The place itself is fine but the description is way off. It definitely does not sleep seven, at least not seven adults. There is one king bed and one pullout sofa bed that can sleep at most 3 - that is a total of 5. This is reflected in the kitchen too where there are fewer than seven plates, and cups etc."
