"Thank you to the staff at The Hampton. We were traveling from out of state for a concert. We were greeted at the front desk by a wonderful woman who was so friendly and accommodating. The hotel and room were very clean, the beds were comfortable. There was a hot breakfast every morning with a nice variety of options. The hotel has several restaurants In waking distance. "I booked this hotel months in advance as I was travelling from another country. The hotel called me the day of my arrival (6 hours before check in) and told me they’re cancelling my room because they over booked the hotel. The person on the phone was extremely rude and gave nothing but attitude towards me while I was trying to figure out my next move as I was in the middle of my travel to this location. "This place is awesome! The hotel is in a very safe location. It looks newer, updated and comfortable. The rooms are very comfortable and luxurious feeling. The bed was extremely comfortable. My only complaint is that I wish the breakfast went later than 9am as we just missed it by the time we made it to the lobby. We would definitely stay here again!"

"If I could rate this hotel a zero star, I would rate it a negative 10. The room was disgusting. Stains on pillow sheets, bedding, towels in bathroom, the floor had crumbs all over it, the dresser had food crumbs, the wall had red stains on them, there was hair in the sheets and handprints on the headboard. The bathroom had a 1/4 roll of toilet paper left and was completely untouched in terms of being cleaned. The window to outside was open, allowing bugs to get in. The housekeeper was pushing...

"The lift was not working ..:. Be checked in at 1:30 in the afternoon, and they gave us the top most player. Floor asking us to pick up Bags and go over there. We believe this was done because we are from India because we saw people checking in later and getting lower floors There was no shower gel in the bathroom. We have to wait 15 minutes to get the same. Later, the flush broke and nobody came to repair even after multiple reminders"
