"Just like another 2 couples , we couldn’t gain access to the property as we were told it was damaged on arrival to the property . We were left stranded and had to sleep on the street due to not being able To afford accadation elsewhere . We spoke to a man who we think was in charge of the property and he couldn’t have gave less of a damn. Shocking with no communication from Expedia and the property to not have yhe DECENCY to let us know !"

"A warm welcome on arrival before being taken to room. The room was clean, spacious with comfortable bed and en-suite shower room. Great view over Mersey to Liverpool. The breakfast was beautifully cooked. Local transport links to Liverpool only minutes walk. The owner and her son make you so welcome it’s almost like a b&b. Had a great stay and would highly recommend."

"The property is located close to sea and promenade. There is also a busy street close by with bars shops etc. The room itself was small but practical for an overnight stay. The shower room appeared to be new and recently decorated. However the wash basin was to small and difficult to have a shave in. There was no mirror either in the shower room."

"Beautiful, historic home off a narrow country lane nicely converted to a B&B / guesthouse. Old charm with modern conveniences, pleasant grounds and plenty of on-site parking. Close to shopping center and other necessary conveniences, yet set in a quiet rural environment. Rooms are bright, clean, spacious and nicely decorated.
