"Muy decepcionada. Una habitación muy distinta a lo esperado según la foto y lo pagado. El check in, esperé como 30 min a que me atiendan, para que lo hagan de manera despota. Al final una señora me ayudó con un poco más de gentileza. El baño olía a cañería. La ducha se tapaba cada que se la usaba. Debajo de la cama había una botella de jugo (cuantos días paso ahí? No se). Al pedir un cambio de habitación la única solución era pagar 130 euros adicionales + tax, y no me dieron otra solución ni...

"Such a great location for flying out of Italy. The airport is easy walking distance. Pizza close by. Seems like a little island oasis. Felt very safe and it was surprisingly quiet so close to the airport. Staff was very helpful and pleasant. Had a washing machine in our room. "

Walking distance to the Ferrry to all locations : Capri, Positano, Amalfi etc. Noemi was extremely helpful, the breakfast was sufficient with great pastries as a bonus to set you off for the morning. "Let's start with the positives: The location can't be beat if wanting to explore Naple's historic center. Plenty of restaurants and shops were close by. The beds were the softest in all of my two weeks touring of Italy. I prefer my rooms cooler and the a/c unit was excellent. Bell hop and breakfast staff were so nice. Breakfast was good!
