El hotel tiene 16 habitaciones, distribuídas en 3 niveles, no cuenta con elevador. Tiene un restaurante en el top con vistas al "Panecillo", la atención es esmerada, amigable y buscan dar servicio personal. La habitación esta dotada de cobertores calienes y lo necesario para tu comodidad."

"We were very happy with our stay at Casona 1914. It's a lovely hotel with Great staff and very spacious and comfortable rooms--and very clean! We were recovering from our arduous trip, and one day we just stayed in the room almost all day, and it felt pleasant. The coffee at breakfast was really good, and there were several choices on the breakfast menu. "The hotel is just one block from the main square, which makes it easy to visit and enjoy Quito's historical monuments at a leisurely pace. The hotel staff is very attentive and helped us coordinate transfers to and from the airport, as well as helping us with tours of both Quito's historic center and an excursion to one of the volcanoes.
