"The hotel is situated in an idyllic quiet surrounding of Mariastein. The hotel room was spacious and clean and quiet. No noise from outside.
The service of the staff is amazing. They go above and beyond.
Breakfast is amazing with fresh products (bread, cheese, cold cuts, cereal, milk, eggs)."

+ friendly staff
+ very close to supermarkets and restaurant
+ comfortable bed and pillows
+ mini bar (empty), coffee machine and kettle in the room
+ good quality of breakfast (4 types of bread, meats, cheese, yoghurt, cereals, hard boiled eggs)
+ quiet neighbourhood
I have two small concerns:
- Sound isolation between rooms is not perfect, I could clearly hear the TV from the neighbour room.
- Mini bar is plugged to a normal socket, so it switches off when...
"Je ne comprends pas les commentaires ultra négatifs… l’hôtel est bien placé, le lobby est cosy et on peut même y prendre un café. Il y a aussi une petite cour intérieure avec tables et chaises. La chambre est simple mais efficace. Ça a été un set up parfait pour aller au stade"
"Excellent location, clean and well maintained. Bed was comfortable and room was much larger than we anticipated. Bettina checked us in and she was delightful. We left luggage at desk a few hours before check-in, and it was taken to our rooms before we returned. The hot beverages and croissants were also a pleasant surprise. "
"La struttura si trova in una posizione strategica, facile da raggiungere e ben servita, oltre che i trasporti efficienti e sempre in perfetto orario, sono presenti supermercati e negozi.
Lungo il fiume vi sono vari locali, affollati durante il tramonto.
La struttura è molto carina, stanza spaziosa e luminosa. In struttura vi erano inoltre varie persone che parlavano italiano e la colazione insulsa era buona.
Lo staff è molto cordiale ed efficiente.

"I really enjoyed my stay at the Mercure. After a long drive it was so nice to have a swim in the pool and relax in the jacuzzi and sauna. The bed in my room was so comfy and the room itself was spacious and so quiet. I also loved the blinds to make the room completely dark. The hotel was really easy to find and luckily not far from the motorway so I didn’t have to navigate too far. I also ate in the restaurant and the food was really nice and the service was very good. "This is a very convenient hotel. The room facilities may not be luxurious, but they are well-equipped and clean. The staff are friendly, and the location right next to the station makes it easy to go anywhere. The breakfast food is fresh and healthy. Highly recommended"

Für Menschen die es ruhig mögen: Es gibt Zimmer direkt über dem Pub, die nachts etwas laut sind, allerdings für mich persönlich kein Problem. "
