Biggest problem is the staff who can not communicate at all in anything other then Spanish which is a big negative if it is trying to grow tourist business. Elevator is over used and very busy with non residents using it to go to rooftop bar that it becomes a big inconvenience for residents trying to go tonthir rooms having to wait for throne for a long time especially at night or late evenings. "If you ever want to sleep do not stay here. The noise from nightclubs is unbearably loud - till sunrise. The room literally shakes all night with the volume. I unexpectedly needed accommodation after being robbed at gunpoint so booked in a bit of a panic. Paid $100 US for a private ensuite room with balcony and sea view which I was not given at check in.
