"Everything was perfect even the rides to hotel and to the port I will come again"

"Helpful"

"We clean nice hotel. Great location"

"Todas las áreas muy bien y buena la atención"

"Not good"

"This has to be one of the worst customer service I’ve received. Staff are like pigs, carpet are dirty, toilet tans has something looking like black grease. You pay $35 a day for parking… there’s no coffee station for guest but they provide you with the coffee maker at room. I had my under 1 year old baby with me and there was no kettle we had to use the coffee maker which also had coffee residue and we got it replaced and they brought one that was more dirty. "I loved my stay. Recommend 10/10. Especially the front desk receptionist Diana I think was her name. Thank you. Love Hilton‼️‼️‼️‼️"

"Enjoyed my stay"

"The area was next to the airport, but our great room was on the other side, so we didn't hear airport traffic. Hotel close to everything. Breakfast buffet had great omelets, but only on the weekends....

"Check in and check out went smooth. I will be back in januari with a group because I enjoyed my stay."

"This is a jewel in Miami. Please book the suites because they are awesome. It’s worth the price"

"I was told I was getting a room with a view to the golf course and the golf course was under construction. I’ve stayed in this property several times have never had a bad experience, but this time it was not at all good. The restaurant was excellent!! And the brunch on Sunday was amazing. Besides that I was very disappointed with the room situation when I got there, there was noisy in the whole building. I was in then when I look to see if I have golf or view, it was under construction and I...

"Bastante céntrico y cómodo. El único inconveniente fue que se daño el ascensor, y se hizo un poco más difícil el acceso, pero entiendo que fue algo de esos días."
