"El intercontinental me tomo de sorpresa en realidad tiene todo lo que se puede necesitar un hotel limpio, personal amable, buen restaurant y buena comida. No es un hotel de lujo pero tiene todo bien organizado y la experiencia fue excelente. No es un hotel de playa ni para vacacionar es ideal para hacer vueltas y tener todo a mano. Me parece una buena opción"

"El hotel esta muy bien ubicado, pero esta bastante viejo y deteriorado, las puerta de los muebles se estaba caiendo, olor un poco feo y los la ducha tenia oxido, el baño no muy limpio, las puertas sucias, las camas bien pero las sabanas olian mucho a cloro"

"This overall was a great hotel, however the hotel shuttle took forever both picking us up from the airport and bringing us back the next am. We called them when we arrived at the airport and it took well over 30 minutes for them to arrive. The next am we scheduled the shuttle took we’ll pick us up at 9:00 and it was about 15 minutes late. Shuttles only run on the hour so we ended up using an Uber."

"I stayed at this hotel for one night and overall had a positive experience. The staff was very friendly and professional during both check-in and check-out, which I truly appreciated. However, the room was extremely hot due to the split AC unit being located outside of the room, which made it difficult to stay comfortable. Aside from that issue, everything else was great."

"The breakfast buffet was delicious every day we were there. It had a great variety of various foods. Just some minor things: room was clean but I had to ask for bars of soap, none were provided; no suitcase stand in the closet or anywhere we could find; no towel hooks anywhere. The worst part was that Expedia stated there was airport shuttle service between 9 AM-6 PM, but that specific arrangements could be made. The hotel would not help out for any other time except this range unfortunately....
