"I was very disappointed with my stay. The room looked nothing like the photos online and appeared outdated and poorly maintained. The room phone was not working, which made it difficult to contact staff when needed. The most concerning issue occurred when we returned from the water park and discovered that our room had been reassigned to another guest after housekeeping mistakenly reported it as unoccupied. We were unable to access the room with our key, and another guest was already inside....

"Besides the dust from construction the place was not clean or kept up. Our room was dirty and outdated. We were given the old bait and switch. When booking they show a very clean and updated room but left with a dirty outdated room."

"The room was not the size I expected. I booked a suite with multiple beds, but there were only two twin beds and one sofa bed. The sofa bed didn’t have pillows and had stains on it. When I went downstairs to ask where the bedding was kept, the receptionist told me they would provide it. I didn’t end up using the sofa bed because it was placed directly in front of the A/C, and I didn’t like that setup at all. Breakfast also had very limited choices"

"Not clean, had light that didn’t work in the room, found baby roaches in the room, and it smelled like mold and like they tried to hide the smell by cleaning around with vinegar but the mold smell was overpowering. Left immediately."

"The hotel is clean but has a lot of deferred maintenance and looks like it was decorated by someone’s wife with bad taste. But beyond that, they advertise free breakfast till 10:00 but when we arrived at 9:05 more than half the food was gone. When we pointed that out they said they couldn’t bring more out because they close at 9:30. By 9:35 they had cleaned out the buffet. In a resort city? In addition, our AC did not work so while the hallways are inexcusably freezing, we slept in 80*. The...
