"The staff were very friendly, which was a highlight of our stay. However, overall the hotel did not meet expectations. We had difficulty reaching anyone by phone for bellhop service, and with so many floors and guests, getting assistance was challenging. "While the pictures are beautiful and the hotel really did do a lot of work to update it, there’s noticeable signs of a rush job to paint or get the place show ready. The furniture had a lot of scuffs, the outlets were a little loose, and the paint job is mediocre at best. All in all, it was worth the stay and you cannot beat the location to the beach.
