"The first room that they put me in had roaches, they changed my room and guess what that room had roaches too. The staff manager was friendly, the valet staff was rude and over charged me for parking and argued with me about a refund. Not to mention both pools was dirty full of hair, toothpicks, and other gunk you could find. The ac unit was janky asf it kept the room freezing but when you turn it off the room gets really hot. The tv in the second room was completely broken. Not to mention the roaches I will never stay at this hotel ever again. The food at the restaurant is super bland and it comes out cold asf. It taste like they microwave everything. The bed was comfortable and that’s about it."
