The property is in a nice area. North Miami Beach. Good restaurants. Walking distance to the beach. Available paying parking. The only improvement needed at this property is the need to improve the walls separating the rooms. They need to be thicker to minimize the noise.

The manager Obi was incredibly nice and accommodating. Great sense of humor. Place was very clean. Nice area. Safe area. A 3-5 minute walk to the beach! Would highly recommend this place to anyone looking to stay in Miami.

Wonderful find just a few blocks from the bandshell and the beach. What an amazing deal for a short getaway. Not a lot of frills, but everything you need including a mini fridge and microwave. Lots of walkable food options nearby. It's an older property but kept very clean and organized. What really stood out was the staff. You can tell they love the place.

Ovi (front desk) is a gem of a person - will come back!! Treats guests like family & will share all the ins and outs of the area, they provide towels, chairs and umbrellas. OBI 1 Kanobi! Obi is a great caretaker of the property. He welcomed me pretty late after my flight delayed on a Friday night. He was helpful throughout my stay & made me feel comfortable through the weekend. I will be back soon.
