Disliked: Cleanliness, staff & service, property conditions & facilities, room comfort

Disappointing events

When no one acknowledge that someone obviously tried to scam us. We had a confirmation but the hotel could find it after driving 10hrs from Atlanta. Staff had a debut who own 3308 and after finally get a room sheet was dirty and housekeeping could not speak any English. Horrible trip wouldn't recommended it.
