"This condo had been updated and interior was very nice with view of river run gondola and slopes. . Needs a new shower head as the way the stream breaks up makes the water slight warmer than lukewarm. Tv in bedroom would freeze, not sure if it was dish issue ir tv issue. Ski locker room was great with plenty of room. Steam room in garden floor was not working during our stay which. Was a bummer, and there were no pool/hot tub towels on Sunday. Be patient for elevators bc they are slow. "

"Upon arrival- found out POWER WAS OFF, COLD showers only. After my request, was offered sister hotel options- had to hurriedly book @ Hampton- 15 minutes away. Hampton accommodated us. I understand this happens- life happens. What was disappointing was there was NO NOTICE from either the Hyatt Hotel or Expedia. "Room was clean and comfortable. Only thing needing attention is the batroom floor (sagging) and tile around tub kind of sketchy."
