"The hot tub jets were not working, and the water was not hot. Very limited breakfast selection. Our room was nice,but the toiletseat was broken, and the one time I didn’t bring lotion there was none in the room."

"Door was beat up for closing, I was denied breakfast even though it was paid for as part of affirm pkg, there were grooves in tub with grit and even though I tried to clean it before using it didn’t work. Channels were limited with no WiFi even though room was supposed to come with WiFi. "

"Unfortunately, the hotel is under construction and wasn’t aware of it until we arrived to check in. Even though the staff was excellent, just wasn’t able to use much of anything. It’s a good thing the property is getting renovated, the lobby is in bad shape and all the furniture was clearly worn out. "

"Our room needed some work, drawer wouldn’t stay open and not sure if they finished cleaning it. That being said everything else was great. Wonderful staff , good breakfast, good jets in hot tub. Just tighten up a little. "
