"Breakfast seemed to be of lower quality than I expected given that the room rate was not great. The sausage links and scrambled eggs were OK. Low quality syrup for the waffles, no regular half & half (all were flavored) and the hostess found large boxes of only flavored ones. The cups for juice were the tiny 2 oz. size ones. No microwave in the dining area to cook instant oatmeal. We were asked, "You have a microwave in your room don't you?" No washcloths in the room and only one coffee cup....

"My assigned room had chunks of carpet missing. The doorframes were chipped and worn. The room didn’t appear to have been dusted in quite a while. The bathroom floor needed to be cleaned. There was an old molded coffee filter and grounds in the coffee pot. The refrigerator didn’t work and the front closet had a bunch of exposed wall anchors and missing shelves.
