"The room was very clean, breakfast is good, and the staff were friendly. However, there were no cleaning supplies (such as soap, shower caps, body lotion, etc.) in the room when we checked in. We had to apply for them at the front desk ourselves."

"This place looks NOTHING like the pictures. I had booked my husband and I the King size bed and the second you walk into the door we got hit with the smell of cigarettes. The curtains don’t close all the way or stay closed, the front door looked like it had been kicked in before, wholes in the walls, the bathroom looked like it hadn’t been cleaned in a month at least, the bed sheets had cigarette burns and random hair on them, and the bed was about to collapse. We then went down to try and get a new room and the person at the desk was annoyed and didn’t want to give us a new room at first. My husband talked to him and he moved us to a different room. It smelled slightly better, the bed felt like a cardboard box, the TV remote didn’t work, but we decided it was the best option for our 1 night stay. We ended us sleeping fully closed on top of the blankets covering our pillows with clothes and left at 4:30am because we just couldn’t sleep. "

"No juice, staff didn’t even bother refilling that. No hot water in room. They allocated another room after waiting for 6 hrs which was not even cleaned for several years, full of dust. Plugs didn’t work in that room at all. Very horrible place to stay"

"Do not stay at this hotel. They claim that their policy is to only clean rooms once every 2 weeks. Therefore we had to make our own beds, throw out our trash, and grab our towels. Worst service ever."
