"Enjoyed the pool and the bathroom was spacious. LOVE that they allow pets. Staff at front desk not welcoming and in fact were actively unfriendly. Make you sign a weird no party policy, never seen that before. The breakfast was underwhelming to say the least. I don’t typically have high hopes for a hotel breakfast but this one was especially bad. They were out of lots of things and then front desk staff acted like it was a bother to fill them. Watched numerous people have to ask for the same...

"1 bedroom suite was very clean and comfortable. Staff was very accommodating and we were very pleased with the many selections for breakfast. Will be back!"

"The hotel was newer. Clean rooms and bathrooms. Small rooms but still fine. The breakfast wasn't the greatest, but was ok. Eggs, sausage were cold. The pancake machine was on the fritz. Not a lot of choices, but again it was sufficient. We ended up going out to eat breakfast on our last day. Numerous restaurants around the area along with Starbucks and Dunkin."

"The property overall was good. Well maintained. The man at the front desk was extremely nice, and was very helpful in checking in. The room could have been a little cleaner, especially the bathroom... But the beds were pretty comfortable and overall it was a nice overnight stay."

"I will never go to this hotel again. For a king sized bed, we were given two flimsy pillows with stained sheets. A used toilet paper roll in the bathroom A rusty iron that almost stained my clothing The breakfast was NOT breakfast. You had cereal but no milk. Not a good variety of options. Standard waffle maker but no actual breakfast sides other than a hard boiled egg. The halls were littered with trash. Should have just went to the motel 6 across the street."

"I booked the stay seeing breakfast was included, until the morning we were noticed that breakfast was not included. I don't know which side was wrong, but disappointed about this part, the day was raining so heavily and the whole family has to rush to find a place to eat because kids so starve"

"The elevators were down. I was not notified until after I arrived. I have an injured knee and could not carry my bags up several flights of stairs. I canceled and had to go elsewhere using an inflated last minute rate."

"Smelly, grimy, sketchy hotel. Reviews were 7/10 and pictures looked nice. Very very misleading!! Booked this hotel and checked in with an uneasy feeling. Got to our room and the condition was very poor. Everything was very worn and unkempt. The pullout couch mattress was brown, coffee table was in horrible condition and the room didn’t smell clean. There were footmarks on the bathroom floor making the “yuck” factor stick out even more. My party was not comfortable staying here. Don’t stay here....

"After our nice experience we stayed again here on our way back from New Jersey. They have very good free breakfast that is included in room cost. We will stay here again in the future if travel the same route."

"The Orbit is always clean and comfortable. After multiple stays at the Orbit, I’ve been impressed by the consistency and its close proximity to the airport and NASA’s Glenn Research Center makes it a must stay if visiting Cleveland."
