When I managed to reach the responsible person, they sounded frustrated on the phone, as if it was my fault they hadn't fulfilled their responsibilities properly The advertisement was ambiguous, and I wasn't aware that the bathroom was separate. Additionally, the room wasn't clean, and the towels provided were dirty, so I had to get my own. The heating wasn't functioning, and it was uncomfortably cold. "Comfortable room with everything we needed. Located in a quiet part of town and ideally located for travelling further afield in what is a beautiful area. Hosts were absolutely lovely and couldn't have been more helpful."
