"The room itself is clean, bathroom needs a little more TLC. Staff were great, the biggest issue I had was the hot water. I had to call the front desk every morning and evening to turn on the back up to get some hot water. I must say they were pretty fast in getting it turned on, except for one night when I returned to the hotel and all the staff that were in charge of that area had left and there was no one to turn it on and so I had to take a cold shower. Also ed was really hard but I was told...

"This was the cleanest hotel I have ever stayed at....Room and bed was fabulous and the view of ocean was perfect! The staff were wonderful and food was always first class....I stayed 10 days and have already made plans to re book!! Tyrick the bartender always helped along with Nick and the chef Cristina....the owner Anna also made sure everything was nice and made the stay unforgetable!!!......The pool was exceptionally clean and warm,so I did spend time there,which was great!!!!"

"Clean room. Missing a microwave. Would be nice to have one. Staff was affable. Wifi wasn't working too well. Don’t like the steep drive in entrance. Good little drive away from the main road. When I arrived and while being at the property I didn’t see an opened bar. Overall, beautiful place."

"It will be beneficial to specify that the property is not a beachfront property and that there is a shuttle service to take you down to the beach as the shuttle service is available only from 9:00 am to 4:00 pm. Any times outside that window, you are on your own. That is the only thing I would suggest ."
