The check-in process was very easy. The passcode to get into the cabin was provided about two hours before check-in. Upon arrival, the cabin was very clean and stocked with necessities. I was able to keep in contact with the staff via text and they were very prompt to respond.

I had a great stay at the New Haven Hotel. The front desk staff were incredibly friendly and went above and beyond by offering helpful tips on local places to eat, which made the trip even better.
