"The front desk person (sorry that I do not remember his name) was awesome! Very helpful and accommodating. Was willing to help with any concern I had; even with providing recommendations for different places in the area. Not much traffic when I visited, so that was a plus. The pool was open so I got to utilize that.
I gave the room less than 5 stars because the bed was just a bit TOO squeaky and also, we entered and there was a used washcloth in the shower that was over looked from the previous occupant during the cleaning and turn over.
All in all, this place is decent for a couple nights stay. It has just enough. If you don’t drive, or have a means of reliable transportation, the area of rutland might not be ideal as ride share options are to be desired."

"Comfy room and bed. Very clean. Pillows were too fat. There were roof shingles on the deck and the deck wood needs some sanding. The buildings where the suites are located needs serious roof work. Grounds are beautiful and well maintained. Staff was awesome!"
"Room wasn’t clean black mold in toilet. Furniture was worn. Beds were clean.
Advertised having a restaurant and bar. Both were closed. The lock on the door was Not secure metal enforcement plate missing. Room should not have been rented. Ring an avid skier and frequent Killington I would NOT stay there again. Property needs a lot of work"
"Place looked quite rundown, old lobby carpet, flooring etc, broken automatic front entrance door. Not sure if they plan to fix the whole place up? The lobby barhroom I used had no toilet paper and toilets dirty appearing, rust stains and rhat faucet water sputtered initially.
Front desk person, only saw one, was nice, cordial, informative and efficient. We knew the place did not come with amenities, so didn't expect much. We had brought our own bottles of water.
Our room was good for just cheap 1-2 night stay as our only needs were to sleep, shower, personal care there. Air conditioner/heat worked well. Beds good condition and clean. Bathroom was stocked well. Sink and shower both worked very well, toilet old rust stains, but did serve our needs. The rooms did not appear clean, kinda sticky and dusty. Parking lot very empty, and had security concerns. My impression was it seemed as though the place is being primarily used to house the poor, homeless - maybe as this is just my observation/opinion. Do not recommend."
