"Nice and very helping staff"

"The staff were great very helpful my room key stopped working and they were very quick to fix it. I also called the front desk a couple times with some questions and they always helped me. The breakfast was always great and i could control the rooms temperature with ease. My only complaint was that my bathroom ceiling had mold on it in hindsight I probably should've asked them to move me but since I was rarely in the room( I was just using it to sleep) and I had already unpacked and put...

"Nice clean hotel"

"Ggg"

"This hotel is one of the very best we have stayed at. We loved it. The receptionist and breakfast staff were friendly and very helpful. We selected it for location and pet friendly status. We brought our puppy along and everything worked out great. We would stay at this hotel again anytime."

"I don't want to write"

"The first room we checked in to had a horrible smell, so we alerted the front desk and they moved us to a different room. The different room did not have a smell, but when we finally went to turn the TV on the TV was not working so we had to call the front desk again. The front desk attendant tried to get our TV to work was unable to so then they moved us to another room. This last room didn’t smell the TV worked, but you could not hit the guy button on the remote so you could only just flip...

"We stayed before an early morning flight, hotel was very convenient"

"I cannot say enough wonderful things about our stay at Baymont by Wyndham Grand Rapids Airport. My mother had not been on an airplane in almost 20 years, and understandably she was very nervous about both flying and staying in a hotel. This was especially important because we arrived around noon and were unable to check in until the standard 3pm check-in time. While we were fortunate to spend some time with our children and grandchildren while we waited, it was still a bit nerve-racking. We...

"My kids really liked the indoor/outdoor pool and we enjoyed the excellent dinner and breakfast. Our room was a nice large size and offered privacy between the two areas. The room had a faint smoke smell which transferred to our packed clothing."

"Cleanest hotel I’ve ever stayed at. No cigarette odors. Bathroom and shower very spacious. Breakfast included and many tasty varieties provided - love the pancake maker! Staff at front desk very helpful and kind. Went over and above when asked for specific room close to family."

"TV placement in our room was very inappropriate. It sticks out into the walkway between the hall and bathroom."

"Love this location great place, great room, great staff and great breakfast."

"Really clean and nice hotel. Would definitely stay again"

"We booked a two queen bed room for the night of October 25th. When we arrived they put us in a king room and when we informed them that we needed two queen beds they told us that they were overbooked and the best they could do was give us a cot. We put our stuff in our room and left for a birthday party that we flew in for. When we came back later that night, we couldn't get into our room and when we talked to the front desk (which the lady was outside smoking with other patrons so we had to...
