"The Arabella completely delivered. The views are stunning, the staff was genuinely helpful throughout our stay, and the pool and hot tub were exactly what we needed. The hot breakfast was a highlight too- lots of healthy choices to start the day right. Everything felt well thought out and taken care of. We’ll absolutely be back."

How does this happen? was the room even cleaned before I got it? Ill never know. Then I took a shower with hardly any hot water. had to move the handle over and over again and still would not work. The charging station in the main bedroom did not work at all. Then the air conditioner in the main bedroom was not cooling th room so we turned the fan on which was so loud we didn't get any sleep, I reported all this to the employee at the front desk and seemed like she didn't even care, in one ear out the other. that's impression I got. This property is not worth the price to stay in."
