"My wife and I stayed 3 nights in mid-March 2026 and had a wonderful stay. Cheryl B, the owner, was exceptionally gracious, attentive, and incredibly helpful whether it was offering dinner reservations at 2 difficult to come by restaurants, identifying the right hiking trails, or ensuring our made-to-order breakfast was cooked to perfection. The room we stayed in was recently renovated and very comfortable. Cheryl had an open refrigerator for extra waters, sodas, seltzers, etc and plenty of tasty...

"I had high hopes for this place. The description said that we would be treated more than a number, as soon as we checked in, it felt rushed. There was an envelope with our name on it outside. A staff member I think came to show us where our room was again, felt rushed. In the description it said fresh fruit and snacks would be provided, there wasn’t any at all. There was a glass bottle of water, and some ice in the small fridge. Absolutely no snack, no fruit nothing. The breakfast menu gave us...

"Loved our stay at Amara! Big, spacious rooms. The staff is attentive and helpful. The property is beautiful and it’s in such a great location. The food is delicious and we really enjoyed the pool! "

"Way overpriced for what you get in return. Check In is at the bottom of valley and our room was at the top. Very confusing on where to park and very little help from staff. "

"Parking out the front of the room in a busy place was super helpful. Brilliant location in the heart of Sedona. Rooms were a little tired through. Checking in was difficult because I didn’t have roaming working on my phone and it’s a contactless check in and there was no local WiFi to jump onto to access the information."

"Beautiful location, but extremely outdated and in need of remodeling. Found out on site it was recently acquired by Hilton so hopefully future renovations to come. Wasn’t informed about ongoing construction projects that closed areas of the pool and made pool area a construction site to relax in. Very disappointing for what we paid. The site is well suited for families with lots of on site activities, but need to walk for meals if not using in room kitchen. Also poorly insulated - heard...

"This place has small rooms, is not clean. Hot tub was not hot, yes it went on but no hot water. Small child was doing laps around the hotel like an elephant @ 6:00 AM. Shower curtain had a stain, headboard had a stain. The toilet seat is cushioned (yuk) circa 1980's. Would not recommend or stay here ever again, The price was not cheap either considering all of the above. "

"What a gem!! So many outdoor amenities to enjoy. The two bedrm suite is a must. The views of sunset and sunrise on the basins are awesome. The special breakfasts are a delightful treat every morning. We will be back!! "

"Sky Ranch Lodge is located within walking distance to the Airport Mesa Overlook- a very popular spot for sunrise and sunset at Sedona (a must visit). But the rim view room and the overlook deck offer equivalent spectacular views without the crowds. It’s about 10 min drive into the downtown, make it convenient for us to go tae the Pink Jeep tour. And it’s maybe 20ish min to Bell Rock and Chapel of the Holy Cross. There is no restaurant in the property, but a very cute and convenient food truck...
