"Our hosts were very helpful and accommodating, There is a full kitchen for guests use and there were always snacks, coffee and tea available. Trams to town center and the docks are right outside the door with a stop a block away. No complaints from us! "

No included breakfast, but they were a few complimentary breakfast items in the lobby, which we made use of. The room was very clean."

"The location of this place was very good. About a mile to the Royal Mile, Castle and Market. Good choices of restaurants in walking distance. 1 of the smallest places I've ever stayed at. I'm 6'0" and I barely fit in the shower. Hardly any room for our luggage without tripping over it. The people running the place were so great. So friendly. Always available for any issues we had. Their 1 son was even an Uber driver which made things very convenient. "

"Was a good stay. It’s a 30 minute walk into city center and has great cafes in walking distance. There isn’t a restaurant at the location, but again a good choice of cafes near."

Close to sights and downtown without the noise and busyness. We had a room at the back of the property with a lovely view. Restaurants and cafes nearby. "

"Host is lovey. This is an old pub that’s being converted into various rooms on the top 2 floors. Bathrooms are not on-suite however their are adequate facilities to be shared amongst the rooms so this wasn’t an issue for me. Value for money is second to none. The rooms are clean, tidy and spacious enough for 1-2 travellers. Downstairs their is a kitchen and eating area (multiple booths) so you can prepare and cook your own food. Not much to do in the area, with a pub nearby and some local...

"The hosts were fantastic! We arrived to a sparkling clean apartment stocked with fresh fruit, coffee and many choices for bath products. The locations is perfect for exploring and it's a very comfortable place to return to after a long day exploring!"
