"Clean rooms, staff and breakfast were awesome"

"Not bad at all"

"Great place for the price"

"Bed to high. HVAC to noisy. Not enough towels or tissues. Not enough electric outlets in accessible;e places. No USB ports."

"None"

"We were excited for our trip. Reviews on several different travel sites had this property rated in the mid to upper 8/10 stars with thousands of reviews. We walked into our room and were very disappointed. There was what appeared to be pubic hairs all over the bathroom floor. The bathroom sink had stains (easily removed with water and a paper towel). One of the beds had multiple stains on the sheets. The stains were visible with the naked eye. How could housekeeping miss all of these. I went to...

"Stay somewhere else this place is a dump"

"I used AI to help me find a VERY CLEAN hotel at a reasonable price with a great breakfast included. The Fairfield Inn & Suites by Marriott Knoxville Lenoir City/I-75 was at the top of the list and I used others' comments to help me decide. My stay even exceeded my expectations. The other thing I was not aware of was it's recent updates and how pleasant it was to feel like I was in a "new" place. Definately a 5 star stay!"

"Great staff. Fabulous breakfast every day"

"Everything was clean and staff was very helpful."

"First room was in the ground level and it smelled very moisty I asked if it was possible to get another room and the lady was kind enough to change us. No issues after that."

"Great place to just stay overnight"

"Room was clean. But, a used bar soap was left in the shower and no bath mat was left. They did bring one when we requested it. Also when we reported that the coffee maker was leaking, they replaced it but never informed us. We could not tell because the coffee and supplies were never replaced and put in a neat order. They also did this when we asked. We shouldn’t have had to ask!"

"It's certainly a place to lay your head and rest. We had a last minute booking, and the room was clean and comfortable. The office however was locked in the morning so we could not access the coffee, tea, or staff. Outside the hotel, the office is clean and nice, however the area where the rooms are is a bit dangerous with the pool area being open and filled with plants, and n"

"Jayden and April were amazing and truly helpful. If I go back it would be because of them. Room’s ceilings are thin. I heard every step the person above me made. Other than that. Great hotel."

"Need to have more breakfast items. A coffee machine that works"

"They only serviced the room every other day. I had to take out my trash, but it was not clear what I was supposed to do with it. I also had to request fresh towels several times."
