"This is an amazing hotel. The staff went above and beyond to make sure everything was to our liking. The pool is huge, the jacuzzi is huge, and the views from the balcony are awesome. Awesome. The room has a full kitchen, a fireplace, and a separate bedroom. They provide robes, room for your skis, and underground safe parking. 5 minutes away from downtown. Don't pass this great stay up!!"

"Ben at the front desk was fantastic and got me into a great room early. The hotel is a bit shabby in places but is clean overall and definitely ideally located. The free parking underneath the building is a treat. There is no hot tub, simply a lukewarm wading pool. Utah Ski & Golf is a terrific family-owned ski equipment rental and retail shop, conveniently located in the lobby. "

"We arrived to location office was closed. We went back to reservation and had to call. Apparently the system did not book it correctly or something. We did get a room but not the one we reserved. My only issues were it was super hot and took about 2 hours to really cool down. Having to have a code to go up and down elevator was a pain and the floors in the apartment were dirty. There was also only 1 TV with external Roku- which was fine but was not able to turn it off or volume controls without...

"Dishwasher was broken, as was the hot tub (major reason for booking), and 10am mandatory checkout is earlier than the 1100 industry standard, and no late checkouts available."

"Not a good check-in experience, then when we arrive… No AC. High of 93 the days we were there. Top floor condo. Very very very hot. This was the hottest I’ve ever been in any type of rental ever; home rental, condo, hotel, etc. very disappointed, would not recommend during June-September due to lack of A/C. Nice property otherwise. Very clean rental. Just so so hot and hard to find. Unit 404. Just NO AIR CONDITIONING. "
