"I was surprised at the service and the condition of the hotel. It was ok, nothing special. When we checked in the counter person was informative enough but was almost impossible to reach again. (Please get the counter more help.) Our room, #202 needs more light and the AC wasn't working properly. We did try to have breakfast one time at the property and followed the instructions to seat ourselves. We chose the cleanest used table we could find and waited for over 10 minutes and were never served. And not at fault of the hotel a water main busted. It was fixed the same day but the staff didn't think to check the hot water heaters. That evening when I went to get a shower, there was no hot water. I tried to call the front desk to notify them 5 different times before just going to bed. No one ever answered. The next morning, same, no hot water. My husband did reach someone that morning and they said they were looking for a plumber to come out on Memorial Day to address the hot water issue. Needless to say, we had a COLD shower and checked out."
"The place is dirty. The doors in the back are unlocked for anybody that wants to come in. A lot of the outlets are not working. The lights are without bulbs so it’s not working either swimming pool is always packed. The halls are terribly smelling bad and the carpets are really dirty.
evaluation a grade is a lie the hotel we thought it would be good and it was actually a very bad experience"

"Other than they are short handed, it was great, you had to wait for the evening person for a while to get service at the front desk, he was all over the place, laundry stocking etc, The tv remote needed batteries I called the 1st evening, he said if he could get there he would bring some 3 night stay no remote but other than that it was great!"
