Family of 5 stayed at this property for 6 nights. Location is not ideal as everything around us was a 10-20 minute journey on a car. Yes you do need a car if you are with family. Beach is about 10-15 walk so its not near right away as it shows. There is no service/cleaning, replacing of towel is not included and due to be near beach/humid they dont dry easily as well. Asking house service was a nightmare, put on hold for 30 minute and when called again wont pick up call. Even I was ready to pay for it as well. Amenities info need to show that info. On resort food is just ok and after a period of time you want to try something else, for which you do need a taxi or your own car.

It would be great to have the instructions of washing machine available in room. It's unusual that we had to wait 5 minutes to unlock machine door after power off.

The hotel is excellent in terms of facilities and cleaning. They had everything one would need on a holiday. Only slight criticism is the hot tub was not hot enough. We asked at the guest Servcies to turn it up which they did but even then it was like warm at best. I guess for some people that would be fine but for us it was a bit disappointing. Other than that I can’t fault anything else.

Parking was terrible, Thursday 11th there were no spaces at all had to park on the road where i received a cheeky note on my window. Also when i booked i was to get a sea view where i got 2 big trees blocking any view.

Positivo: El alojamiento en sí es muy bonito y muy acorde al precio - calidad ! Buen aparcamiento y servicio de admisión rápido. Como aspecto negativo: no hay playa como tal para poder disfrutar en esa zona y además hay que cruzar por un puente la autovía para ir.

Lovely resort for the family. Very hilly but there is a local train that can pick you up every hour to take you about. It’s a fun resort train. Very clean and friendly staff. Super helpful reception too. It’s about a 20-25 min walk into the centre of fuengirola but the first 5-10 mins are by the road and you need to cross over the bridge. Once on the other side it’s a lovely walk along the promenade. We had a superior 2 bed apartment with seaview but was a little disappointed. Pictures shown on website don’t show those with two floors, which we had, and was quite small. We had a child so stairs wasn’t ideal. Doesn’t mention two floors anywhere in description. Seaview was minimal if you squinted you’d see it type view. Overall, I would go back but I’d see the apartment before I accept it next time.

Alle Angestellten waren sehr nett und hilfsbereit. Unser Bad war nicht gut geputzt, der Riegel zum Verschließen kaputt und alles ziemlich alt und müsste dringend modernisiert werden. Ausstattung war alles da. An sich eine nette, in unserem Fall etwas veraltete Anlage die im Sommer besser zu nutzen ist als im Winter.

Very nice stay and good value for money. Our kids enjoyed the kids clubs which is included in price. Some very good places to eat such as Zacs, which had tasty food and daily happy hour. Also pizza takeaway very nice too and small arcade near by. Only 10 minute walk to beach.

Check-in and welcome service was perfect, one of the friendliest we had during our trip. Nice large appartment with a private parking in a resort that offers all you can need. The appartment was clean but smelled like humidity, old cigarettes and old drapes. Fridge was turned off and turning it on created an electrical problem.

Spacious hotel apartment
Pros: We stayed only for two nights and over all we liked the apartment and our stay at the hotel, it was spacious and the layout was good. The apartment was clean. The beds were comfortable. The breakfast buffet at the restaurant was very good and the service there also. Cons: The shower head and hose needed replacement, the cover of the shower head popped off first time when it was turned on but stayed in place after putting it back on. There was only an a.c. unit in one out of two bedrooms and then one in the living room. Both units did their job but they were old. It was hard getting the one in the living room to work but it did in the end, the one in the bedroom a had loud noise most of the time. I prefer a walk-in shower but the room we got had a shower in a bath tub. There was only one TV in the apartment, located in the living room and that TV was small, only 32 inches, not that it made any difference for this trip because we didn’t stay in the apartment and didn’t turn it on. The hotel is not located next to a beach so it’s not the best when not having a car. I would had asked for a different room because of the loud a.c. unit for a longer stay. These cons didn’t affect our stay much. Over all I liked this hotel and I would stay there again.

Fantastic place
The hotel is situated in a delightful area and has a bus stop right in front, but I recommend having a car for added convenience. The property boasts several restaurants and the staff are delightful. It is an ideal place to unwind with your family.

Not ideal for kids
The room is OK but the Resort does not have many activities for the kids, in the check in the receptionist did not explain the resort facilities and the guest services denied to give me aditional shampoo and shower gel. There was not mini golf and table tenis as advertised.
