"The staff helped us find our lost wallet nearby by coming with us to the nearby areas when they didn't have to. And they also provided us with a cheaper option to send or luggage when they didn't have to. Overall they went above and beyond to help us."

"Washer/Dryer in the room ensure you have clean clothes daily.
Kappabashi Street is just 5-10 mins away which is good for souvenirs.
Plenty of train/subway stations nearby but the only con is that you have to walk about 10-15 mins to the stations.
There are few supermarkets and convenience stores (Life, My Basket, Sanpei, Lawson, 7-11, etc.) in the area to get snacks or drinks before returning to the hotel."

"Awesome stay in Tokyo with family!
I stayed here with my kids (3 of us in total), and my sons joined us to stay in the same hotel, which was wonderful!
The female staff member who checked us in was so pleasant and incredibly helpful—she made us feel welcome right away.
The room was super clean and surprisingly spacious! We had no trouble fitting all three of our travel bags inside. Even though the hotel is super close to Nishi-Nippori Station and Nippori Station and surrounded by lots of...
