"The place was clean, Check-in was seamless. My only suggestion is that they update the sofa and the mini refrigerator that does not get cold enough and has no freezer."

"I will never stay at this place and I don’t recommend it to anybody for any reason. The room that was supposedly my room looked like someone had just left the room bed looked like it was just used towels on the floor in the bathroom and bedroom area. Bottles of empty liquor bottles on the night stand. I just turned around and left the property after asking for my money back. This place should be ticketed by the Health Department ."

"There were pros and cons with the Mayflower...I had to be in Queens NYC at 6am, it was very easy to find off rt.95 in Milford...I arrived at midnight, but no issues checking in, the front desk guy was cool, great sense of humor...had to pay $4 dep for the old school key, no biggie. Room was fine, very dated, but the bed was comfortable with an old-school comforter...pillows need an upgrade tho...bathroom was very clean, shower was good, nice heat and pressure was good...had a nice fridge and...

"This place was dirty and disgusting. The pullout couch mattress was filthy and stained. Nasty. The laminate floors were so dirty, I stepped out of the shower, walked across the room, got dressed and went to put my socks on and the bottom of my feet were literally black. Elevators were disgusting and smelled horrible. I can’t believe how dirty this place was. Wow. Don’t stay here. 0/10"

"I had the bad luck to need a hotel in New Haven at the last moment on graduation weekend at Yale. This was the ONLY available place under $200 a night. Calling this place a ‘roach motel’ is an insult to roaches. EVERYTHING about this hotel was FILTHY. - There were bugs crawling on the floor in the bathroom that scattered when the light came on. - Trash was scattered in the stairwells & on the outdoor hallway leading to our room. - There was a large dog in the room next to us barking at 3...

"We were allowed to check in early which was a lifesaver arriving in town for our son’s graduation house party that started at his college house at 2 pm. Place is tired, not gonna lie, but comfortable and available. They have Netflix, which was great!"
