"To be honest, we had a few issues during our stay. The first room we were allocated had air-conditioning that made loud noise and TV didn’t work. "Great value for money. We wanted to be close to the station for early departure and this hotel is ideally placed. The breakfast was simple but plentiful. "The staff were extremely friendly and helpful. We were there for a short visit and the staff gave us plenty of tips for the tram, list of recommended restaurants etc. The location is 5 stars, right near 2 tram stops and plenty of space for Ubers to pull over. It's a lovely, quiet and safe neighborhood with plenty of cafes within minutes for coffee and breakfast/lunch. The rooms were very clean and well presented. There is on-site laundry and gym. We loved our stay!"

"It was a great price & close to the Conference centre, a lovely quirky little hotel. Honest (I stayed in a 'Shoebox' room) but the bed was very comfortable and the shower was amazing. I would recommend it and stay there again. The only down side was the half sized ironing board."
