"Sheets had disgusting stains on them, hair on “clean” towels and the bathroom was digusting and clearly had not been cleaned. The front desk lady was RUDE, all we did was ask for another sheet and 2 pillows instead of making her come up and fix and and she was still rude. Shower curtain smelled, ..."
