It’s not cheap but the staff is great. If you’re arriving by taxi, you must go to the Melia hotel for drop off and walk over (easy) there’s no place to drive up. I ended up in a car par underneath the hotel at 10pm—not dangerous but also not fun after a long flight. "

"My family of 4 stayed here in May 26. I would recommend without hesitation. Location is excellent (near the Metro). The rooms were comfortable. My children used the gym. I used the swimming pool. The staff were helpful and very friendly. For example Ruhi a member of the team helped us plan our visit to Salzburg. The breakfast was excellent. I will certainly return if I am back in Vienna. The location is ideal with well connected tram and underground stops less than 10min walk away— you can be across the river or in the city in 15min.
