"Place was right off rhe highway which made it convenient. The staff were great and it was very clean"

"Our stay was horrible and this was our second bad experience and we will never go back. I have pictures of mold in the microwave and the owner/manager avoided me like the plague because I wanted a partial refund. Breakfast area was clean but they served green bananas. Also, mold in the bathroom. This motel should not be part of the Best Western franchise."

"The room had a water bottle along side of bed from previous guest and there was food on the wall in the kitchenette . The game room was extremely hot. Check-in was easy- staff was pleasant and helpful with anything that was needed. Breakfast smelled good but we didn’t stick around to eat. TVs were very small and had extra Pillows but no pillow cases"

"Perfect place. We were traveling to and from Fl. The room was spotless. The staff were so friendly and welcomed you like you were family. I would give 10 stars if I could. Of all tje hotels we stayed in on our trip this one was by far the best."

"Customer Service is bad, I asked for Help about our bathroom that is Not working well and she answer my question if I am checking out today, reagrdless if I am checking out that day their supposed to offer help. It was very inconvenient of our stay especially that I have my kids with me. No help arrived. I immediately move to a different hotel. Working as a healthcare professional that is travelling dont deserve this treatment. Very unsatisfied👎👎👎👎👎"

"They are undergoing disruptive renovations that we did not know about when booking. Got woken up by construction before 7am on a Monday morning - not ideal when we’d planned to sleep in a bit. Will probably be fine AFTER renovations but avoid it now during them!"

"The room is was as described. The bathroom was very nice and clean. The staff was very nice. At check in she offered a list of restaurants and pizza menus for dinner as I said we were hungry. The continental breakfast was good. Muffins were delicious. They had cereal, bagels, yogurt too. Only thing there was no hot items such as waffles, scrambled eggs and bacon."

"They control ac from front desk…so during the night the turn it off. I becomes very warm and you can not turn it on . Only fan! I’ve stayed here 5 times and it’s always the same …."
