"Great place to stay, with kids especially. Location is right across the street from public access Pensacola beach directly at the pier! Maybe could use a bit of love and care with the actual concrete on each level. The paint is peeling horribly in many places. Enough to trip you, especially small children. It is dog friendly too, so no one would want their dog to chew on chunks of paint. Regardless, the lobby was well maintained and the breakfast was abundant! Will definitely come back."
"The Navarre Beach property is for tourists of all ages and pets. So far, so good. But the Springhill Suites does not have enough elevators and luggage carts to accommodate the amazing traffic of the summer months. Two medium sized elevators for 161 rooms and an estimated 600 guests complete with beach gear, pets, etc. And what's with the luggage carts? I had to schlep our stuff up and down exit stairs. No carts to be found. Otherwise, staff and amenities were fine."
"Place is ON the beach. We didn't have a vehicle; rideshare available. Walkable area. Breakfast was excellent. Breakfast staff exceptional. Room cleaning okay, every other day. We had to flag the cleaning crew down as they bypassed our room on a cleaning day. Daily Parking charge and incidental charge is held with a credit card. We didn't have a car but front desk charged anyway so we had them remove it. Hotel could use some TLC. Front desk staff friendly. Pet friendly place, so dogs and cats are welcome."
Fairfield Inn & Suites by Marriott Pensacola Beach
10/10 Excellent
"A really nice hotel. Family friendly, clean, and hotel staff was very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was great, too! Location was great as well, within walking distance of many restaurants."
"I was mislead on the location of this hotel. Some staff were super pleasent, some staff were annoyed to be working. Room was clean and depending on the mood of front desk lady depends on what kind of room she puts you in."
