"Overall this was a great location directly across the street from Cardiff Castle. It was frantic because of the annual half-marathon attended by 29000 people (which we were not aware of at the time of booking) and the lifts were broken, but the front desk staff were extremely helpful. "From the moment we arrived everything was fantastic. Onsite parking great, walked straight into hotel reception, spotlessly clean, friendly staff, check in quick and easy, room very comfortable. Had the added bonus of Miller and Carter Restaurant within the hotel just off reception"
