"We were initially disappointed our room was not ready at check in time after a long day of travel, but the manager, Lance, quickly rectified that! The rooms were so clean and the hotel was quiet. Breakfast was good. Easy walk to American Family Field. We would definitely stay again!"

"A lovely old building, in very good condition. The drawback for me was there’s not really much to see or do nearby as a tourist. My other complaint was the fact that there was only one person handling check-in at a time in the afternoon when they ought to have expected several guests arriving at once. The young lady bartender was a delight. I should have noticed her name."

"I absolutely adore this hotel! From the check-in where they were able to allow us early check-in, to their help with parking and a bad key, every single employee we encountered was absolutely exceptional. We had drinks in the lobby bar and a lunch at The Cafe, excellent. Although we did not eat at the Mason St Grill restaurant in the hotel, we did go to Zarletti's Italian restaurant located just half a block from the Pfister, one of the best meals we have had on this roadtrip. "Enjoyed our stay as the staff was very cordial and helpful. Liked that there is a shuttle available to most venues. Rooms were clean and comfortable."

"The major benefit of the property was its location to all of the major points of interest and the close proximity to the fiserv. The things I did not care for were the noise level inside the room during the night time, the hidden fees and few other minor details. Overall I would recommend staying at a more reasonably priced place and paying extra for a ride downtown. Staff was helpful however."
