"Amazing location and breakfast"

"Hotel M , was good , but Haneda Metropolitan was better. However one in Tokyo and the other in Kyoto. Both are accessible to subway stations, Hotel M just 5-7 mins further, many family mart, 7-11 and konbini nearby, just 45 mins from the Nara deer park and 15 minutes from Inari Taisha Shrine."

"This hotel is very clean, well maintained and without disturbing street noise. Although my single room was small, it had everything I needed, including a water kettle and a mini fridge. There were also microwave and laundry in common areas. It was only 5-minute walking distance from railway station and Avanti shopping mall. Different kinds of restaurants were nearby and provided a variety of choices for dining. The breakfast provided by the hotel was delicious and had plenty of food to choose...

"Lovely hotel, calm and peaceful environment and child free which matters to some. We always stay here when in Kyoto."

"No in room coffee - lots of free teas but no coffee"

"◯"

"The location is perfect for those who will go to places by trains or buses because it is right across the Kyoto train station. We love that they open the breakfast area for guests to help themselves with water, tea, etc. you could even get convenient store food/snack and eat there. We enjoyed our stay there."

"This is an excellent option when visiting Kyoto. It is a short walk from the train station and you can easily catch all the trains to the popular sights ( Bamboo forest, Fushimi Inari, Sannenzaka). It is also a 7 min walk to the Teamlab Biovortex museum. Breakfast was included each night and staff are super friendly. Definitely recommend."

"after leaving a nightmare hotel in kyoto, we stayed here and it was much better but the bathroom had a mildew/moldy smell. grateful that the reservation was quick and check in went smoothly even just minutes after booking. able to get fresh towels daily which was nice as previous hotels during our stay was every 3 days."

"綺麗で、ただ駐車場有料です。"

"Coffee not available in room. So they should at least allow guests to sit in the restaurant for a coffee. But they refused entry if you are not buy full breakfast."
