"What an amazing hotel! From the moment we walking in we were amazed. The elegance and beauty of everything was breathtaking, the view alone was incredible. The only thing was during my second night whoever was staying above me wouldn’t stop stomping their feet and moving things around. I called the front desk multiple times and the workers told them to stop but they never did, it went on almost all night and even in the morning the next day. That was the only disappointment and it was caused by...

"It’s a very nice, Japanese style hotel. We had plenty of space (unlike other Japanese hotels). The hotel has a decent onsen as well. They also provide Japanese breakfast (ok, mot great) and Keiseki dinner. Very close to the lake, yet a bit far from the crowds of tourists. Not many dining options around (we ended up with take-out ine night). Overall, a nice and convenient hotel."
