"While this hotel was a fair trek from the bus station (about 20 minutes) it was just what we wanted. Our view of Fuji was amazing. The staff was also very nice and brought up our bags while we’re were out touristing. The restaurant attached next door was delicious!! And there was another great restaurant a few doors down that offered hoto noodles. The hotel also had an onsen with a cold pool and massage chairs, which was amazing. I would stay here again."

"Le ryokan parfait du début à la fin, on est traité comme des rois. J’ai eu une chambre avec la vue sur le mont Fuji avec le bain privé. C’était relaxant de pouvoir se baigner en admirant le volcan. Tout était parfait, propre. Le repas Kaiseki était gargantuesque et très bon. Le petit déjeuner était a la japonaise donc salé. Dommage que l’hôtel ne propose pas un choix japonais et occidental. Le personnel était adorable. J’ai adoré mon expérience de 2 nuits. Merci à tout le monde. "

"The best thing is the spectacular view of Mount Fuji from the room balcony complete with a small fireplace. Staff Service is excellent. Glamping activities provided some complementary some with fees. There is no breakfast included for my stay. But the breakfasts and dinners we had were very good. Can be pricey but safe the hassle of looking for food. To really enjoy the stay I would suggest signing up for some of the activities provided. Property is tucked away on the hill. "The pod was amazing, a good size for 2 people with a comfortable bed. We stayed when the temperature dropped into the minus and it was plenty warm enough in there. Each pod gets it's private bathroom and cooking area. We added on the dinner package last minute for one of the nights which they kindly organised. The food quality was great and you got instructions on how to cook each meat if you are unsure. We had breakfast each morning, you get plenty of food but it is the same each time. The...

"We had a very nice time on our stay at this small quiet hotel. We had the Shikibu room and appreciated the spaciousness. It had an outdoor garden view as well as a separate private small outdoor onsen. The onsen looks tiny on first impression but it was nice and we enjoyed the outside seating area too. The beds were comfortable and the linens were nice, and definitely get the breakfast. Amazing breakfast! The staff were friendly and very helpful with transportation back to the train station....

"Best location possible. This hotel is a perfect time capsule. Everything is so charming and the service is spectacular. Onsen had amazing Mt Fuji views plus there is option for hot bath, cold bath, and sauna. Hotel next door did not have that. Breakfast is so delicious, you have to take part. I'm so so happy I stayed here and hope to stay again soon. "
