"Had a room reserved but when we got there the room was so hot it was ridiculous. I asked to get a different room and it was no better..I asked if they had A\C and she said no I said well you better take that off the website stating they do..FALSE ADVERTISING at its finest. And to top it off they wouldn’t give my money back.We went to a different hotel. Will not be back! So if your looking for a room with A/C especially in the summer this is not the place!"

"The Best Western was a great property for our family. The room was large and comfortable, the pool was a great getaway for the kids and the gym was larger with lots of equipment. The only downside was the lock on the pool door didn’t work and the gym hadn’t been cleaned. We lived the food and the kitchen staff we very accommodating. Would stay again."

"This is one of the best hotels I have stayed in, even above some of the 5 star hotels I've been a guest at previously. Everything was so clean and nice. "Do not rely entirely on their shuttle. I booked my shuttle to go to the airport on the next morning when I did the check in.
The reception made a mistake and the shuttle didn't show up. When the recepcionist called the driver to come pick me up, he said we couldn't go. And basically the recepcionist told that I would have to figure it out by myself because its a complementary service."

"The property is run down. The cleaning is to occur every three days. There was no exchange of towels and certainly no vacuuming. There was a wad of crusty tissue in the bed side table drawer. The two gentlemen at the front desk the next morning could not be bothered to deal with the issue and told me to come back when the manager was in.
