"Hair on my sheets, workers didn’t even get up to help us, bathroom didn’t have essentials"

"The property is well located- right off the freeway to get to downtown Omaha in less than 10 minutes. Excellent price. It's pretty basic but completely serviceable. The property has been refurbished- decor in grays and whites. But things like the shower fixtures, a/c unit in the room, all work great though they are older. Very clean and quiet. Queen beds were firm and comfortable. The breakfast had the regular stuff- including waffle maker,oatmeal, yogurts, pastries, toast, hard boiled...

For our room in particular, our TV didn't work the entire time we stayed and the front desk tried to fix then said they would have someone out ASAP to look at it. Nobody ever did show up. Smoke detector was covered in trash bag, handle on the window was completely broken off and left on the window sill, the outlet plate covers were almost all broken, one of the sinks was...

"The breakfast was delicious, we had fun at their pool and the room was very spacious. One of my friends got upgraded to a suite for free, would book again for another trip!"

"We especially thought the staff was great. The maintenance man went out of his way to help. What we didn't like was being placed by a family with two large dogs that howled and barked for a good part of the evening. The walls seemed very thin and we could hear everything. The drapes let in a lot of light at the top so the room was quite light at night. and the bathroom fixtures were starting to rust and the toilet lid was lose until the maintenance man came and fixed it. "Was all we needed for a tournament weekend. Staff was cordial and helped with everything we needed. Only downside was no hottub but couldnt argue for the price downtown. Parking was $15 a night unless its full. Breakfast was par. Could see our family staying again. "
